I recently had the pleasure of visiting Vanilla wedding Boutique for my wedding dress, and I must say that it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted warmly by the staff and made to feel right at home.

The shop itself is beautifully decorated and designed, with a wide range of dresses to choose from in various styles and sizes. The staff was incredible, specially Abby who was more than happy to help me navigate through the selection process.

I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in search of a beautiful wedding dress. Their attention to detail, knowledgeable staff, and welcoming atmosphere make them stand out from other bridal shops, and I am so grateful to have found my dream dress with them.

Got my gown from Vanilla on the 7th of April, 23. Customer service was so efficient. Prices were really friendly. Special thanks to the sweetest girl at Vanilla, Christina. She was hands on and so articulate about everything. This is hands down the best experience I’ve had on my vision board. I can’t wait to share pictures and I love Christina so much!

I have been searching for my dream dress for 2 month with no luck, and the minute I walked in Vanlia and I was greeted by the lovely Abby, I knew that's it, Abby made it so easy, she was super helpful and the joy and fun she brought to my experience is unbeatable. Very professional service and very friendly. They helped me throughout the whole process, from picking a dress to alteration. They knew exactly what has to be done and it was the dress of my dreams.

Although I didn’t find my perfect dress here I had the best experience with Abby! It was my first time trying on wedding dresses so I didn’t really know what to expect as I didn’t really know what I wanted either! Abby instantly made me feel super comfortable in telling her things that I didn’t like in dresses and things I did like. She really listened and from this was able to make selections that suited me. She also had a great sense of style herself in knowing what to add to a dress and what to remove, sharing multiple ideas on how the dress could be adjusted! She took a genuine interest in finding you the perfect look to make you feel confident. There was zero pressure to buy, Abby took lots of videos and photos for me to go back and really see if the dresses were right for me.

The selections are beautiful and very affordable for the amazing quality. Thanks for making my first time of trying on wedding dresses so special.

My experience has been great in Vanila Wedding Boutique, and the person who made my experience ever better is the Aiza the stylist. Aiza, is one of the rare stylists from across all other stores that I’ve been to, that has helped me and given me her honest opinion and recommendation as if she is one of my close friends, not just to sell me anything from the shop but to actually help me find my dream dress and what suits me. I’ve truly felt very comfortable with her apart from finding the exact dress that I was looking for. And later on, alterations were made very smoothly and if anything, they’ve even done minor alterations on spot in my second fitting to make sure everything’s on perfect and on time. I highly recommend this shop from its dress offerings to stylists that actually care and give from the heart!

I bought my beautiful wedding gown from Vanila back in January. I had found the dress on Pinterest and quickly booked an appointment at Vanila when I saw they stocked the dress / designer. The service was amazing! So patient and personal. I wanted to visit a few times to try the dress and show my mum / maid of Honour who couldn’t be with me and they were so accommodating, even provided me a stand for my phone so they could see the dress clearly. The rooms are very large, spacious and private so you feel like it’s just you in the shop. Couldn’t recommend the boutique enough! Thank you for making the experience so smooth and exciting!
