Returns, exchanges & gift certificates

Everything you need to know after your purchase, in short.

7days

Return & refund

Within 7 days from the date of the first payment or purchase. The item should be in proper condition, with the price tags and the original receipt.

Please provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
All refunds are processed according to the original mode of payment.
All purchased items are to be verified against the invoice before leaving the store premises.
No refund of goods during sales and/or promotions.

30days

Exchange

Within 30 days from the date of the first prepayment or purchase. Exchange can be done for a lower-rated item; the difference will be reimbursed by Vanila Studio DMCC the same way the original payment was made.

Item in proper condition, with the original receipt.
Clean soles, if it is shoes.
No damages, for dresses and accessories.

No refund, exchange or return

This policy does not apply to:

Jewelry items and headpieces.
Items after tailor alteration (wedding dresses, boleros, etc.).
Ordered wedding dresses, due to the nature of dress purchase.
Items not in proper condition (dirty, broken, worn, damaged, stained, etc.).
Items that were on promotion or sale at the moment of purchase.

Gift certificates

Terms and conditions of Vanila Wedding Boutique gift vouchers.

A Vanila Wedding Boutique gift certificate is not a cheque, guarantee, credit or charge document.
A gift certificate cannot be exchanged for cash.
You may use it to make purchases only at Vanila Wedding Boutique in Dubai.
A gift voucher is valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase or acceptance.
A gift certificate cannot be redeemed via telephone or email.
If the purchase value is less than that of the gift certificate, no change is given.
Goods obtained via a gift certificate cannot be returned, but can be exchanged as per the company policy.
