RETURN AND REFUND – 7 days from the date of the first payment/purchase. The item should be in proper condition, with the price tags and the original receipt.
- Please provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
- All refunds will be processed according to the original mode of payment.
- All purchased items are to be verified against the invoice before leaving the store premises.
- No refund of goods during sales and/or promotions.
EXCHANGE – 30 days from the date of first prepayment/purchase: in proper condition, with the original of the receipt, clean soles (if it's shoes), no damages (for dresses and accessories). Exchange can be done for a lower-rated item; the difference will be reimbursed by Vanila Studio DMCC the same way the original payment was made.
NO REFUND, EXCHANGE, or RETURN IS POSSIBLE:
- For jewelry items and headpieces.
- For items AFTER TAILOR ALTERATION (wedding dresses, boleros, etc.)
- For ordered wedding dresses, due to the nature of dress purchase.
- If the item is not in proper condition (dirty, broken, worn, damaged, stained, etc.)
- If the item was on promotion or sale at the moment of the purchase
Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions:
- Vanila Wedding Boutique gift certificate is not a cheque, guarantee, credit, or charge document
- A gift certificate cannot be exchanged for cash
- You may use it to make purchases only at Vanila Wedding Boutique in Dubai
- Gift Voucher is valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase/or acceptance
- A gift certificate cannot be redeemed via telephone/email
- In case the purchase value is less than that of the gift certificate, no change is given
- Goods obtained via the gift certificate cannot be returned, but can be exchanged as per the company policy
