Safety FIRST!
For your safety and the safety of our Vanila Team, we are asking you to keep to the precausinary measures below implemented in our Dubai bridal showroom due to the current situation and we appreciate your cooperation.
1. You need to have a booked and confirmed appointment. We are not accepting walk-ins at the moment.
2. Every bride is allowed to be accompanied by two guests only. Talk to your consultant about setting up a video call during your fitting for the rest of your guests or you can come a few times with different decision makers, but as we know ‘the more, the merrier’ doesn’t work in this case, as the decision needs to be made by you only.
3. All clients’ and visitors’ temperatures will be checked at the entrance of the building, please be kind to accept this measure.
4. Service will be provided in masks and gloves and will be offered to our guests as well.
5. No food or drinks are allowed to be brought inside and will not be served at the moment inside the boutique.
6. Hand sanitizers are being provided to all guests and also in the main reception of building.
7. If you feel like you have any symptoms, please inform us in advance and stay home. We can afford to miss one appointment and have it postponed, but we can’t afford to close down.
